Our MD is also and Accredited Mindfulness Teacher, Chartered Manager, CMI Accredited Trainer and Institue of Leadership Management Trainer and can offer an extensive range of practises from Mindfulness to Emotional Intelligence, Social Selling, Business Development Process Delivery and many many more

Some of the courses are not just classroom based, certainly the sales & business development area, we will deliver it at your place of work, getting your staff to deliver on our processes, learning with every customer. Coaching which involves real customer interaction, allows for greater and quicker understanding and longer lasting results.

The growth investment will be several much smaller training sessions, allowing for the staff to implement what was discussed immediately, with a workable action plan put in place to show their growth within the coaching lessons.

Several shorter more personal sessions will allow for a business to manage the cost of time away coaching more effectively and more efficiently.

Whilst classroom based coaching is fantastic, being able to apply it immediately into live customer interactions, you will see a better return on investment for the coaching and a faster application of the new skills.

Free Initial consultation

Meet the team, and understand the aspirations of the company and management. We will explain the coaching process in full.

Workable, Business Development Strategy

We will then meet each team member, understanding the current drivers, their aspirations and match to the companies. It will be a short sharp session taking into account experience and current work requirements.

Live implementation with immediate feedback and best practices

Plan in place, we will hold several short meetings within the place of work, watching and guiding the customer service process of the employee. Targets will be set and signed off by management at regular intervals with progress reports.
